Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, certified checks, money orders, and payments made through your PayPal account. The First Data Merchant Services real time authorization service verifies that your credit card is valid and that your billing information matches the name and number on your credit card before charging the card. Everything is done in one easy, convenient step through the final authorization process.

Product Usage

Many parts sold on ZZPormance.com are for off-road use only. ZZPerformance assumes no liability, expressed or implied, with regard to these parts. All parts sold on ZZPerformance.com are warranted solely against defects in materials and workmanship by their original manufacturers. ZZPerformance is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from any products sold on this website. Performance products may void your factory warranty, please contact your dealer if you have questions regarding this.

Fraud

Credit Card fraud is a FEDERAL offense. All of our online credit card transactions are logged. If you intentionally commit credit card fraud on our website, we will do everything we can to catch you. We will work with local and federal law enforcement, including the FBI and NW3C authorities, to make sure that you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may also disclose information when we believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

Billing

After you have placed your secure online order, your credit card statement and confirmation email will show "ZZPerformance" as the merchant name.

Your online transaction is verified in real-time when you place your order. Your credit card or PayPal account will be billed immediately even though in certain situations (i.e., the product(s) are on backorder, or normal delays from the manufacturer), the products will not ship immediately. Please view product status information to see if your item is in stock. We do everything we can to keep our products in stock and available for immediate shipping, but sometimes the delay is unavoidable if it is being shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will make every attempt to minimize the delay in your order.

Please include a detailed note with your original order number, name, email address, how you paid and a contact phone number.

New items that have been used, including core based items where a new core was sent, may not be returned under any circumstances. You must determine before use whether the product is damaged or that you don't want it. Used items that are defective will covered under warranty.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc.

No returns on any PCMs, PCM files, fluids, electronics or custom orders except where pre-authorized.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Pulley pullers and other tools will be subject to fees and rules of rental if returned from a new purchase.

10% restocking fee for all returns except in situations where you double ordered the product from us or the item has not shipped yet. Restocking fee may be waived if merchandise credit is issued. If you've had your product for over 30 days, it's a used item, electronic product, or damaged you will need to sell your item as used on your own. In cases where we receive an item that is opened, used or beyond the 30 day return, it will be shipped back to you at your expense or docked up to 50% for restocking.

Core returns must be sent in with Core Return sheet sent with product, this helps ensure proper credit is given to the customer

Core returns unless otherwise specified must be returned within 30 days from receipt for full credit, after that $25 or 15% (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. After 90 days core returns will not be accepted

Pulley puller rentals must be postmarked within 10 days from receipt for full credit, after that $1/day will be deducted.

Warranty

ZZPerformance brand products are warranted for a period of 1 year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Replacement or repair will be at the discretion of ZZPerformance. ZZPerformance does not cover any type of labor or costs associated with a defective product. This includes any shipping charges. Purchaser and installer assume all liability with regard to any and all damages in any way related to the purchase, installation and/or use of our products. Items returned for warranty that are not defective or cars brought to us for warranty work that turns out to have problems unrelated to said product will be billed at normal shop rate including all costs associated with the claim.

Products resold through ZZPerformance carry warranties from the manufacturer. While each manufacturer set their own warranties and policies, we will do our best to assist you in getting your problems taken care of.
