Shipping Policies

We ship to Canada, Australia, Germany, and any of the US owned territories. US orders placed by 4:30pm will be shipped out the same day unless otherwise specified.

Orders placed to out of the country are usually received in 7-14 days but can be delayed up to 30 days due to customs regulations. Please be patient as this is out of our control.

Postal Route, P.O.Box

Sorry, we are not able to ship Two-day or any Overnight/Saturday Deliveries to a P.O Box number or postal route address. Shipments to a P.O.Box address will automatically be delivered via U.S.Mail unless we decide to utilize a different method of shipment of similar quality.

How to Ship & Delivery Time Expectations

Second day delivery orders and overnight delivery orders are our highest priority. We do our best to ship most in-stock orders the same day when placed by 5:00 p.m. (EST) Monday - Friday (holidays excluded). For orders requesting delivery by Standard Ground, we'll ship most in-stock orders same day if placed by 4:30PM.
Fraud prevention, credit approval, order volume, system problems, weather conditions, and other variables can affect processing, however. Sunday and holiday shipments/deliveries are not available at this time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following week pending payment authorization.
 

Standard Ground

With our value-priced ground service, expect delivery within one to five business days from shipment date. We ship from MI (49507), transit times via UPS can be found on their site https://wwwapps.ups.com/calTimeCost?loc=en_US

Two-Day

In a hurry? Just place your order for in-stock items by 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Friday (holidays excluded) and if there are no unforeseen delays, we'll ship it the same day. While we cannot make promises for the carrier, delivery should be made within two business days of the shipping date. Please include a delivery address, where someone can accept the shipment during normal business hours.

Next Day Air

Choose our Next Day Air services, if you need an item ASAP. Just place your order for in-stock items by 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) and specify Next Day Air for delivery the next business day (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays). Delivery times may vary for some shipment destinations, or during severe weather conditions. Sunday and holiday shipments/deliveries are not available at this time. Please include a delivery address, where someone can accept the shipment during normal business hours.
